They say, “A way through a man’s heart is through his stomach,” and we agree with every single word of this sentence. But before anyone eats with their mouth, they eat with their eyes, and that is why at Taste of India, we do both. Our cuisines are eye candy; just glancing at them would make you salivate. Not to mention the aroma and taste—they are to die for.
Caution: Do not salivate while we discuss the dishes we serve.
Understanding the dynamics of Indian flavours:
India is known for its rich cultures, spices, and dishes. Here, we discuss how our dishes are embedded with such significant influence.
1. Variations of Regions: Different states and regions in India have different culinary traditions, which vary in cooking methods and spices. For example, Gujarati dishes have a mild flavour, and they mostly like to add sweet dishes because of their hot climate. This way, they can get energised.
2. Spice Blend Proportion: Some states use complex spices, often called masalas. These are combined according to the proportion of the dishes.
3. Methods of Cooking: Different cooking techniques, such as slow cooking, roasting, and deep frying, have a particular influence on the flavours.

Indian buffets like Bahubali and some custom-named buffets, a deluxe menu, are available, and curries and dessert choices are inclusive.
Bahubali—This buffet offers three options: curry, starter, rice, noodles, biryani, roti, and naan. Bahubali is on the premium menu, but if you want to get the full taste of Indian dishes,
Pushpa the Fire is your go-to. It has extras like salad, papad (more like a mini taco shell, which can be eaten with curries), and raita (a dish made with dahi and vegetables or fruit).
Of course, you should finish the meal with dessert. Gulab jamun is the most common and loved dessert of all time. Its sweetness is meant to balance all the flavours and aid digestion. What better way to finish a meal than with a sweet dish?
Whether you`re on a solo date, family celebration, or romantic dinner, we make sure that you savour each bite—as we call it, love at first bite. The taste of Indian cuisine will bring nostalgic memories and deja vu, bringing India through your taste buds.
